About Michael

I have been caring for individuals in their homes ( both men and women) for the last 15 years. My first experience was caring for mother, who had Alzheimer's. I cared for her at home for almost a year, until, sadly she had to be admitted to a long term care facility. After that, I took care of a good friend, who had brain cancer. My caregiver experience has extended to helping people out in nursing homes, but primarily their own homes. I enjoy cooking, especially comfort foods (so to speak.) Housekeeping skills are good, especially organizing. My best qualities are patience and empathy. People have told me that I have a great sense of humor. Above all, I think it is important for people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. I have been vaccinated ( Covid) My vehicle is reliable, and so am I.
