Hi! I'm Michael, a former collegiate football player and coach who enjoys mentoring and helping others grow. I've cared for children of family and friends and believe every child deserves patience, respect, and encouragement. I strive to create a safe, positive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I'm reliable, attentive, and calm. I enjoy helping children build confidence, learn through curiosity, and have fun while respecting each family's routines and values. In my free time, I stay active, read, and study psychology, philosophy, and emotional intelligence. One thing families should know is that I value emotional intelligence. I believe every child experiences the world differently, so I take the time to understand who they are, respond with empathy, and help them feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported.
