About Michael

I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible and easy. I like working with animals because of how they love unconditionally and can teach us all something about life. I'm looking for a job that can be beneficial to everyone involved. As a retired gentleman, I have the time, patience and love to give to animals that give me so much joy in return. I started working with animals when I adopted my first rescue in 1997. I've had two to three dogs ever since and have learned so much from them. In my spare time, I like to walk the two dogs I currently have as well as play golf or visit friends. One thing you should know about me is I try to stay very much in tune with the mental health of my dogs. I feel this is just as important as their physical health and in reality is very much connected. When my dogs are happy, I'm happy!
