About Michaella

Hello! Inspiring children and helping them to grow is one of my greatest joys. I am familiar for caring for children; I have 6 years of education experince, working as a TA for one year and then teaching 5th for the next 5 years. I also have 10+ years of experience that consist of babysitting/nannying for many cousins and family friends. Open communication with parents is very important to me and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. Also, I have been brought up and live by an upright moral standard. I believe in good manners, kindness, respect and consideration towards everyone. I am dedicated to helping children feel safe, secure and inspired.
