Michael is the primary caregiver for our family member that was diagnosed with Alzheimers in November 2020. While each case is different there are many similarities in care, but what was important was Michael's understanding on how to connect with our loved one, whether providing personal care or companionship. Making and establishing a connection is truly important and is one of the best features our family member receives and one of the primary reasons we hired Michael. In our case our loved one has a fear of water and we were having difficulty overcoming personal bathing issues, Michael was able to work with him on this area and this has improved and developed into less of a struggle. It also helps that he is a companion and plays assorted games with him, some educational and some for fun. All in all we are very pleased with the home care we recieve. Michael is very professional and has been extremely reliable, with only one call-out due to illness in almost a year. We are happy to be able to keep our family member at home, which was, and continues to be our initial goal. I attribute this to Michael's assistance and care. Thank you. Gloria M.
