About Michael

Hello! My name is Mike and I'm a teacher, essay editor and camp counselor with strong English language skills and years of professional experience working with children. I very recently came home after teaching English and Math in Thailand for a year and a half and am excited to use my newly cultivated teaching skills to help your children succeed in the classroom. I graduated from Emerson College with a BA in Writing, Literature and Publishing and have a keen eye for grammar, syntax and overall essay cohesion and structure. I have also worked for many years as a camp counselor, have written for multiple local newspapers and even once taught a class about video games! I am comfortable teaching English at all levels, from grammar and phonics for elementary students to essay editing and story writing for high school students aspiring to go to college. Learning with me is an engaging, exciting and rewarding experience that's equally fun and beneficial to your child's academic future!
