Michaela has worked for our family since April 2023. She has strong communication skills. She has helped cover many additional days/shifts. She assisted with the on-boarding of additional caregivers. Michaela assisted with picking up prescriptions and filling pillcases. She also helped with purchasing personal care items, and household items for the gentleman. Michaela also made daily visits to evaluate and make sure the gentleman was getting proper care when he was hospitalized with Covid/Pneumonia.
