Hi! My name is Michaela I am 29 years old and I have 13 years experience working with seniors. Around six of those years has been working professionally with a company and the rest working privately. My experience as a Caregiver has required me to provide companion care, personal care, meal prep, medication management and reminders, transportation, and housecleaning for my clients. This experience has taught me to be aware of my communication and body language towards my clients and to respect their values and beliefs even though a lot of them are different from mine. Each client I spent time with was unique and special in their own way and I enjoyed every minute of listening to their stories and learning new perspectives from them. This experience has helped me develop the ability to adapt to each of my client's individual needs and preferences. I have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality and have patience and compassion for those I care for.

She is extremely sweet, very respectful, pays close attention to detail, she also seems very eager to help when needed. Some people make you feel like you are an inconvenience or they don't want to help you, Michaela doesn't make you feel like that, she is a rare gem.
