I'm a 28-year-old caregiver and mom of three (ages 6, 4, and 2) with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. I'm CPR certified and have several years of experience providing in-home care, as well as working with children with disabilities, where I've learned the importance of patience, adaptability, and individualized support. Being a parent myself has given me a deep understanding of structure, safety, and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. I'm reliable, attentive, and communicative, and I treat every child I care for as if they were my own, focusing on positive guidance, routine, and compassionate care
