About Michaela

I have over 10 years of childcare experience, including babysitting, professional nannying, AuPair support, and leadership roles in early childhood education. I worked as a Lead Teacher and Assistant Director at a bilingual international daycare, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. I currently work as a Professional Nanny & Family Assistant for a family in South Florida. I am warm, responsible, organized, and experienced working with children and families from diverse backgrounds. I truly enjoy building strong connections with families and creating a supportive, positive environment where children feel safe, happy, and cared for. I am also currently continuing my education to become a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, which reflects my passion for supporting both children and families at every stage.
