I have experience working as a teacher's assistant in a preschool as well as volunteering in a preschool. Michaela was wonderful with our 2 year old- she's patient, kind, resourceful, and responsible. Our little one is very slow to warm up so we were very impressed with how quickly he took to her. Love the thoughtful, fun way she engages with him and how communicative she is with us as parents. Would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to anyone!
