About Michaela

My sister and I interviewed Michaela a while back hoping that we would find someone good who can take care of her two children while she was at work and I was at school. She was super respectful and friendly during the interview so we immediately took a liking to her! We knew the real test was seeing how she could handle my crazy 6 and 7 year old niece and nephew. They were at first shy to meet someone new but somehow Michaela was able to make them feel as if she had been their friend for years. They have so much fun with Michaela they can't even help but call her Tia (Aunty) at times. Michaela is also very communicative and vocal with you which was another plus for us. One of the things that will always resonate with me about Michaela is that during her interview she told us about her much love for children and how they bring her the most joy in life. We see that passion every time she watches the kids. Definitely hire her!
