About Michaela

Hi, my name is Michaela, and I am based in North Las Vegas. I have several years of experience caring for children from newborns to 12 years old and am currently pursuing my education to become a teacher. I currently work at the Child Development Center (CDC) on Nellis Air Force Base, where I primarily care for newborns and infants, supporting their daily routines, early development, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. I also have two years of experience as a behavioral technician, working with children with special needs, including autism, in both school and home settings. I enjoy arts and crafts, painting, music, outdoor activities, swimming, and cooking, and I love creating fun, engaging experiences for children. I am reliable, patient, and dedicated to building trusting relationships with every child so they feel safe, supported, confident, and encouraged to learn and grow.
