About Michaela

I have 17 years of babysitting experience and I have been a preschool teacher/ School Coordinator for 5 years. I am CPR certified! I approach each day with a deep sense of responsibility and love, ensuring the children's safety and well-being are prioritized at all times. Through active listening and open communication, I have nurtured their emotional and social development, creating an environment where they feel loved, understood, and secure. Keeping a clean and organized home/space for the children is not just a task, but a way to create a safe and comfortable environment where the children can thrive. This past summer I have gained valuable experience working at a non profit summer camp with ages ranging from 6-17yrs. It was very rewarding working with underprivileged children, creating a positive and inclusive environment where they could explore their potential, overcome challenges, and receive the support they need to succeed and have fun in a nurturing environment.
