About Michaela

I'd describe my personality as silly, caring, and opportunistic. I like working with kids because I love how creative and silly I can be with them, and just observing how they view the world and connect the dots. I started working with kids when I was 16 with an after school summer program with about 250 kids aged 6-13, I am also an auntie to 17 kiddos and counting! In my spare time, I like to stay active I play volleyball 2x a week, I love to go outdoors, but I also love to read and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is I want to really understand you're values and structure as a family. I have two older sisters who are amazing moms, and growing up watching them become so attentive, careful, and selfless changing their whole lifestyle to better the lives of their kids makes me want to give them peace of mind when their kids are in my care, that I'll be attentive, careful, and loving. My skills include having lots of energy, patience, and adaptability.
