My review for Michaela is based on the fact that when we chatted she explained that she actually has several people that work with/for her and that the type of things I was looking for were better suited for someone on her team. I didn't have a problem with that and went ahead and hired that person. Her services were adequate, certainly not stellar but at least some of the basics got done so I overlooked it. I also overlooked how she counted her hours. If he arrived at 2:00 and left 5:00 she considered that 4 hours, which it clearly was not. I let it go thinking she needed the extra money more than I did. What is making write this is last week she was a no show/no call. This was the second time. When she did respond she informed me she had a better opportunity that she just could not turn down. I understand great opportunities coming along but I do not understand blatant unprofessionalism and I would recommend anyone hiring from this team to carefully weigh this first.
