I've had the benefit of working with Michaela for over five years - through my mom's cancer diagnosis, through hospice until she died. Through those five years, Michaela began as a trusted and cheerful companion, who was quick to notice what needed to be done and proactively took care of things. Doctors appointments, cooking, yard work, fun activities, watching movies - Michaela kept my mom engaged, motivated and active for many years. When mom's condition progressed and her mental state began to wane - Michaela stepped in to help us find additional staff for 24/7 care trained staff, managed mom's medication and supplies, and helped us communicate with the hospice team. I can't say enough how meaningful it was to have someone who was both knowledgeable and caring - this made all the difference to my mom and to our family in her last days. I recommend Michaela without reservation - she's reliable, thoughtful, dependable, caring, knowledgeable, smart, and tactful.
