About Michael

I graduated from Ferris State in 2023 with a BS Degree in Criminal Justice. During my Freshman year of college COVID hit and I found myself working as a housekeeper at an assisted living facility and within 2 weeks of spending time with the residents the dissatisfaction that each resident had shared with me about the level of care they were receiving was disheartening. So I quickly shifted into a role as a caregiver. It has been my goal to always provide the same care to my clients that I would provide for my loved ones. By doing so I have been fortunate enough to work in various leadership roles at different facilities to enhance the care that is being provided by care givers. Currently I am a Care manager for a home care agency managing the day to day care for elderly clients. Outside of work I enjoying working out, exploring nature, cooking, baking, and doing other little projects to keep me busy.
