About Mical

I have a passion for working with children and supporting their growth, independence, and individual needs. I have over eight years of experience working with children and young adults in educational and caregiving settings. I earned my bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Special Education and am currently pursuing my master's degree. I currently work as a Special Education Instructional Assistant with students in grades 3-5, providing individualized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support. I have experience supporting children with autism, developmental disabilities, communication, and behavioral needs. I am patient, dependable, and caring. I have experience safely transporting children to and from school, sports, activities, and appointments. I am CPR and First Aid trained, have reliable transportation, and value open communication with families. My goal is to provide a safe, warm environment where every child feels supported, comfortable, and valued.
