About Micah
Experience: 3 yrs
Hi! I'm Micah, and I love working with kids of all ages. I've been currently caring for infants at a preschool, supporting their early growth and development through nurturing routines and play. I'm also a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I work with children on the autism spectrum to build communication, social, and daily living skills in a fun and supportive way. In addition, I coach high school and travel volleyball teams, helping teens grow in confidence, teamwork, and discipline. My experience blends patience, structure, and creativity-I truly enjoy helping every child reach their full potential in a safe and positive environment.
