About Micaela

I have over three years of experience caring for children, from infants as young as 2 months old to children up to 5 years of age. I've worked both as a private nanny and in daycare centers, where I received professional training in early childhood development and care. Currently, I work in the afternoons as a CRP supporting an 18-year-old young man with autism. In this role, I've received specialized training and hold two state certifications, and I'm currently studying to obtain a national-level certification as well. I'm deeply passionate about respectful caregiving, early development, and building meaningful connections.
