We feel incredibly lucky to have had Mica’s caring for our baby and toddler. From day one, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged with both children. Managing two little ones at different stages isn’t easy, but she handled it with patience, calm energy, and so much love. She was especially wonderful at balancing our baby’s needs while still making our toddler feel seen and included. She kept them active with age-appropriate activities, outdoor time, reading, and creative play, and she was always mindful of routines and safety. Beyond childcare, she was dependable, communicative, and proactive. We always felt completely at ease leaving our children in her care, which is the greatest gift a caregiver can give parents.
