About Mia

Hi! I'm Mia, and caring for children is truly my passion. I'm a Lead Behavior Therapist supporting children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders and hold a Master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. I plan to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I love building meaningful connections with kids and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where they feel confident being themselves. My education and professional experience give me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and play-based learning, including supporting children with diverse needs. I enjoy imaginative play, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and teaching new skills through everyday moments. I've worked with children since 8th grade and am nurturing, reliable, and engaging. I genuinely care about every child I work with and strive to help kids feel happy, supported, and safe while giving parents peace of mind.
