About Mia

Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine, and I'm dedicated to providing families with dependable childcare. My three years of experience include two years student teaching preschool and one year as a toddler teacher. As the oldest of four, I also have years of experience caring for my younger siblings. I am creative, friendly, and will always follow your lead when enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing regular updates at pickup, via text, or by phone. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games with children of all ages. I am comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of 1 and 11. I have a high school degree, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets. I am also First Aid and CPR Training certified, and have Early Childhood Education credentials. I'm happy to help with cooking, carpooling, crafts, and swimming supervision.
