Looking for a long-term job as a nanny while I go back to school for my Early Childhood Education degree. My classes are self paced, so my schedule is 100% flexible after May 22nd. After switching majors a couple times I decided to take a break and stumbled into a job at a preschool. I fell in love with it and have been there 4 years now. I'm looking to switch to a nannying job so I can continue doing what I love while only having to focus on one family as opposed to 10 in my classroom. I'm most experienced with 16-30m but have worked with infants and children up to 5y professionally. Non-professionally, I have worked with ages 6m to 14y in overnight sitting jobs (usually lasting 2-7 days). My care style is very hands-on and educational with a focus on routine and the child's developmental level. I'm comfortable driving kids to/from school/sports, planning activities (museum, parks, crafts, etc.), homework help, potty training, light cooking, grocery shopping, light house work
Mia goes above and beyond to understand your needs for your kids. She is really good at helping the kids engage in activities, listen, and behave. The passion she shows for this is unwavering and its apparent from the start! I would recommend Mia 10:10 times to anyone I know and have. Keep being you Mia, you rock.
