I spend the majority of my week as a medical assistant in a pediatric clinic in Seattle. While I absolutely love my job, I don't get to spend enough one-on-one time with the kids. I'd love to help your family whether it be babysitting, tutoring, or helping with errands. I have more than 12 years of experience, am CPR certified in adults and pediatrics, and can happily provide references. I also have extensive experience pet sitting and training. I grew up surrounded by pets and was expected to care for them myself starting at the age of 5. I was lucky enough to grow up with veterinary students and learned how to do basic animal husbandry starting at a young age. I have experience with all animals -- from reptiles to horses, and would love the chance to meet your fur children too!

I hired Mia to help my son prep for his SSAT. It was my first time on Care.com and I couldn’t have been happier to find such a patient and caring tutor. She guided him through completely new materials making sure to take her time to teach and explain every concept to him thoroughly, cheering him on along the way. I have a pretty hectic schedule with the kids and Mia was so accommodating. It was wonderful working with her.
