About Mia

Hello! In high school I volunteered in the nursery, pre-k class, and as a classroom companion for a special needs child. I nannied for the same family consistently for 4 years while occasionally doing overnight care for another family. In total I have about 5&1/2 years of experience. Recently I've had some family responsibilities come up that caused me to relocate to Sugar Land. I've been acting as a caregiver for both my grandmothers, but am now in a position that is allowing me to come back to Dallas, and to what I love- caring for kiddos. I come from a large family and often watched my two younger siblings growing up. In high school I was fortunate enough to go on two trips to Haiti where I volunteered in orphanages and held classes for the kids. Being there, I realized I love working with kids more than anything and want to do it for as long as I can.
