About Mia

Hi! I'm Mia :) I've always loved being around kids and helping them feel safe and comfortable. I have about 3 years of experience caring for children from infants to age 12! I taught Sunday school classes where I cared for babies, toddlers, and elementary-age kids, and I also worked as a counselor at Camp Menzies leading games, crafts, and outdoor activities. I'm very patient and attentive, and I enjoy reading stories, doing crafts, and keeping kids active instead of just relying on screens. I follow parents' routines closely and send updates so you know your child is happy and doing well. I'm in school to become a pediatric nurse, so childcare is something I truly care about. CPR/BLS certified as well! I can help with playtime, bedtime routines, homework, light meals and whatever else the family needs. Available for date nights, last-minute needs, and recurring care!
