About Mia

I am the oldest of my cousins, with over 12 younger family members, all ranging from infancy to teens. Because of this, I've had extensive hands-on childcare experience and have been trusted to care for multiple children on a regular basis. My responsibilities have included school and activity drop-offs, attending practices and games, running errands, light cleaning, and planning fun, engaging days for the kids. I'm very comfortable multitasking and maintaining a safe, and positive environment. I am known for being kind, patient, understanding, and charismatic, and I pride myself on building trusting relationships with both children and parents. I am accepting and attentive to each child's individual needs and personality, and I adapt easily to family routines, expectations, and parenting styles. I am fluent in spanish, and I am currently attending UWM for a psychology degree. My goal is always to support parents while making sure children feel safe, cared for, and genuinely happy.
