About Mia

I have 10 years of experience with children of all ages and genuinely love this work. I nannied full time for twins from age one through two and a half, and I regularly babysit my 1-year-old niece (so infants and toddlers are very much in my wheelhouse). I've also worked with kids and teens with developmental disabilities and bring that same patience and intentionality to every child I care for. I'm a big believer in giving kids tools and independence early. I incorporate basic sign language so little ones can communicate before they have the words. I teach daily living skills like dressing, coats, and shoe-tying as kids are ready. I offer age-appropriate choices whenever I can, because kids thrive when they feel heard and capable.
