About Mia

Hi! My name is Mia, and I am a full-time student at UConn majoring in Early Childhood Education looking for a summer job working with children! I am from Maywood, NJ. I have a strong passion for working with kids and helping them learn and grow. Through my coursework and experiences, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of childhood development, age-appropriate activities, and positive behavior support. I enjoy creative activities, helping with schoolwork, encouraging learning through play, and any other household necessities that may be needed! I am responsible, patient, and dependable, and I prioritize building trusting relationships with both children and families. I have my own car and a clean driving record, and I do not smoke. I am looking for a summer position in nannying, babysitting, or any other position either full or part time. I would love the opportunity to work with your family this summer!
