About Mia

Hi! My name is Mia, and I'm a college student at Penn State Berks with over four years of childcare experience. I have experience caring for children of various ages, but most of my experience is with children ages three and older. I'm also comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I love creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment through crafts, outdoor play, games, reading, and other age-appropriate activities while recognizing kids also need time to relax. I'm happy to help with school and activity drop-offs and pick-ups, homework, preparing simple meals and snacks for children, and cleaning up after them. I have all of my required clearances and consider myself on being dependable, responsible, organized, and maintaining open communication with parents. I look forward to providing reliable, compassionate care that gives families peace of mind!
