About Mia

Hi! I'm Mia, a graduate student pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I recently began caring for a 1 and 2-year-old, helping with meals, routines, playtime, and keeping them engaged. I'm creative, thoughtful, and attentive, and I love finding activities that fit each child's age, personality, and interests. I care a lot about children feeling safe, happy, supported, and able to enjoy being kids. I enjoy working out, cooking and baking, reading, spending time outside, and working on creative projects. My counseling background has deepened my interest in emotional development, communication, and play. I value kindness, respect, open communication, and parents who are willing to work as a team. I'm flexible, happy to help, comfortable with pets, and can assist with meals, homework, transportation, and light housekeeping. Most importantly, I genuinely care about doing right by the children I'm responsible for and being someone both children and parents can trust.
