About Mianna

Hi, I'm Mianna! I have 10+ years of experience caring for children through nannying, substitute teaching (6-12), youth supervision, and teaching. I've worked with infants through adolescents and am comfortable with newborn care, multi-child households, and the everyday rhythms of family life. I'm currently pursuing my master's in counseling psychology, with a particular interest in supporting children's emotional and developmental wellbeing. My approach is warm, grounded, relational, and consistent. I value emotional safety, clear communication, and helping children feel secure, understood, and confident. I'm patient, adaptable, responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids-whether that means getting outside, doing creative activities, reading, playing, or simply being part of their normal routine.
