About Mian

Hello! My name is Mian. I am a 24-year-old Child Care provider, soon to be Elementary Ed Major, and aspiring Educator. I have obtained CPR and First Aid certification and have direct experience working with children in both home and Daycare settings. My Child Care experience began at the age of 13, babysitting for family members. Since, I have worked in a daycare setting with Children from infancy to 3 years old, an in-home daycare setting managing a group of 6-8 children from infancy to 8 years old, and volunteering in the Toddler classroom with my church. My most recent work experience (pre- Covid 19) was with Spark Academy as an Assistant Program Leader, managing/tutoring a classroom of 5-8 grade students after school, and occasionally assisting in K-4th grade classrooms. I am a creative, and put time and care into creating lesson plans and activities for the children that I work with. I look forward to learning and growing with your child(ren) through art, nature, music and more!
