About Mia

I spent 4 years caring for an autistic teen before and during the COVID era, where I gained hands-on experience with patience, communication, structure, and creating a supportive, consistent environment. That experience shaped my caregiving style and strengthened my passion for helping children feel safe, understood, and confident. Post-COVID, I coached and directed a preschool gymnastics program. In this role, I created and implemented both movement-based and educational curriculums, managed groups of young children, and focused on building confidence, motor skills, and social development through play and structured activities. I truly value relationship building, movement, and routine. I love helping kids learn through hands-on activities, and I have access to a wide variety of preschool crafts and educational curriculum materials to keep little ones engaged and learning.
