About Mia

Aloha! I'm Mia, born and raised on Maui, with 15 years of experience babysitting, nannying, teaching, and tutoring. I have a master's in social work and a bachelor's in psychology, along with experience supporting children with disabilities. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified. I love getting to know each child and what makes them excited, whether that means getting creative, exploring outside, or playing and being silly. Growing up here, I also love sharing Maui's culture with families and helping their kids make fun memories of their own. I run my own business, which gives me some flexibility with scheduling, and I'm currently accepting childcare jobs in South and Central Maui.
