About Mia

Hello! My name is Mia and I'm a graphic artist. I have 5 years of childcare experience (ranging from toddlers to age 15) and I graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of La Verne with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology in 2020. I have 2 years of experience as a research assistant at Pomona College and Claremont McKenna College where I studied children's emotions, attachments, and relationships. Using the knowledge I gained from my research position, I have a passion for helping children understand, label, and manage their emotions, as well as foster their creativity and sense of self.
