About Mia

I'd describe my personality as adventurous, personable, and compassionate. I like working with kids because they are fun! I like watching their little minds in imaginative play, playing outside, and watching infants and toddlers learning the world around them. I love doing crafts, exploring parks, going to the beach, and going for walks. Who better to do this stuff with than kids! I'm looking for a summer job that allows me to have weekly full-time set hours. I'm interested in watching children ranging in age from newborn to 10 years old. I'm also looking for a position that allows me to take children places such as the zoo, water parks, library, and outdoor playgrounds. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. I have been babysitting ever since and most recently have been a leader with the Boys and Girls Club after school and throughout the summers. These last three months I have been babysitting for a newborn.
