About Mia

Hi! My name is Mia, and I recently graduated from Yuma Catholic High School while also earning my Associate of Science degree from Arizona Western College. I have a passion to work with children, I have always loved kids! So, I will be pursuing a nursing degree with the goal of becoming a Pediatric Nurse Anesthetist. I gained valuable experience volunteering at the Yuma County Children's Museum, where I helped set up educational activities, supervised and engaged with children during events, and maintained a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for families. Through this experience, I developed patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. I am dependable, caring, and energetic, and I enjoy creating positive experiences for children through play, learning, and meaningful interactions. I look forward to helping families by providing a safe, supportive, and fun environment for their children.
