About mia

Patience, communication, and responsibility are the main skills I have when working with kids. I'm patient and stay calm even when kids are upset or not listening, and I take time to understand how they feel instead of getting frustrated. Communication is important to me because I make sure kids feel heard and comfortable. I listen to them, talk to them in a way they understand, and build trust so they feel safe around me. I'm also very responsible and take caring for kids seriously. I make sure they are safe, follow routines, and have everything they need. Overall, these skills help me create a positive and supportive environment where kids feel happy, safe, and cared for.
