Hello! My name is Mia and I am looking for a family to nanny in Santa Barbara as I continue my educational career at UCSB. I have 8 years of experience when working with kids. I have the background of being a Kids Ministry Youth leader at Fellowship Monrovia Church with ages between 0 months-10 years old. I am currently attending UCSB and will be entering my second year at the school. I have several families I nanny when I am home for the holidays but am now looking for a family to nannying in Santa Barbara. My current rate is $35 per hour for 1-2 kids and then 3-or more kids will be $45-50 an hour. While I nanny I am also open to do chore work around the house. I work with all ages and have plenty of experience from as young as infants to teens! I love to do activities with the kids I watch, going to parks, art crafts, baking, doing homework. I plan on going to graduate school after UCSB to become an occupational therapist for children. Looking to start babysitting ASAP!!

Mia has been an incredible addition to our family! She works with our two toddlers and they have loved her from the start. She has great instincts for what the kids need and works hard to make sure that they are engaged and enjoying themselves. She bakes with them, does art, science experiments, reads, etc. It’s lovely to see how enriching their time is with her. She also is an incredible help around the house—she can see what needs to be done and takes the initiative to handle it herself. We strongly recommend her!
