About Mia

Hi! My name is Mia. I just recently moved to the Akron area from Columbus. I have been in the medical field for a little over three years as an aid/tech. I am looking for a side job to save money during my break from school. I do have a full time position with an Urgent Care, so I only work three 12 hours shifts each week. I have always loved working with kids. I have loads of younger cousins and have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. Given my background in healthcare I am BLS certified for adult, child, and infant. In highschool, I was apart of many community service clubs. Through these clubs I have also gained experience working with children. I am well versed in all things Disney. I would say I pretty much know every song. I am a busy body so helping with house work is no problem. I have always had a passion for helping others, which is why I have decided to study medicine. I am also minoring in Spanish.
