About Mia

Hi! I'm Mia. I currently live in Sacramento. It's very important to keep a kid healthy, busy and happy :) During my years I've learned tons and tons about children / preteens and think it's most important to keep them happy, healthy and active. Growing up from 4th grade until high school my best friends mom owned a daycare having kids differ from ages to passions and personalities. I've been around children since I was a little girl and love their creative and fun minds. I'm a former (elite club national league) soccer player. I also played my first year of college ball at Folsom Lake college. I lived in Tahoe 2020 winter and worked at Resort, I'm very into snowboarding, surfing, jet skiing and everything that involves adventure! I'm a very outgoing and active girl who has a passion for Nutrition and fitness. I recently got certified as a Yoga instructor and a personal trainer.
