About Mia

Hello I am Mia a junior social work major, I am 22 years old. Growing up I always wanted to be a teacher Because I loved how teachers inspired the youth which is our future in so many ways and how much teachers could change people lives and I wanted to do just that but as I went through High school and volunteered and interned in schools and day-cares I saw a new light which was the social work path and how I could expand my helping hand to more than just schools but more of a macro level. since I'm still in college I wanted to still find a job were I can still lend that helping hand to families !
