Hi there! I've always enjoyed caring for young children since I began, at age 10, baby-sitting my baby cousins with my grandmother. I have five months of experience working as a nanny for two girls ages four and six. I assisted with learning workbooks during the day with the 4-year-old while the 6-year-old attended school on Zoom. I prepared simple snacks and lunches for the girls, unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher, and did light laundry and folding. Additionally, I ran errands such as picking up and dropping off books at the library and taking the 4-year-old to the park for exercise (the parents worked from home). Eventually, the 6-year-old began in-person school and I would pick up and drop her off there as needed by the parents' request. Soon after, the 4-year-old began part-time pre-school and I would drop her off there and volunteer at the school bi-weekly.
