We were so happy to have found our former nanny, Mey, to take care of our first child 6 years ago in a nanny share setup, starting when our kiddo was about 5 months old until we transitioned our kid to preschool. Mey has 20+ years of experience caring for children, including raising 4 of her own. In our case, Mey cared for our daughter as a part of a nanny share with one other kid who was 1.5 years old at the time. The nanny was wonderful at managing both kids. The other child started preschool when they were 2, and our nanny then took care of our child solo until we decided to move our child into preschool. The nanny is wonderful and loving with both infants and toddlers. She plays a lot with the kids, talks and sings to them, and takes them to the park everyday (unless it's raining). She is reliable, has a calm demeanor, and was never late. She is also good at working with parents on their preferences for raising their children, including cloth diapers, in our case. We loved working with her!
