About Meryem

My name is Meryem. I graduated from college on March 2011 with an Early Childhood Education Development (ECED) Certificate. Additionally, I have over 15 years of experience as a childcare provider, working with children between the ages of zero to six. After graduation, I worked as a preschool teacher and a nanny for 6 years. I raised two children of my own; hence, I know the challenges of being a working parent. I have excellent references and have lifelong relationships with the families I worked for. In my day-to-day activities with children, I make sure they start their morning with a healthy breakfast of fruits, milk, cereal, eggs, yogurt or bread. Afterwards we would have a music and dance session to start the day with a high energy so we can center ourselves with happy feelings. I also work with children who are ready to be potty trained. During the day, I take the kids to activities, park, school and bring them home for lunch and naps. Never a dull day in our daily activities!
