About Merrill

Hello! My name is Merrill and I recently relocated to Chicago. I enjoy helping busy families keep their households running smoothly by providing a mix of childcare and household support. I have experience caring for children from infants through age 12 and creating a calm, supportive, fun environment where kids feel comfortable and cared for. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with school pickup and activities, homework support, meal prep and cooking, laundry, dishes, light household organization, grocery shopping, errands, and pet care (including dog walking). Families describe me as dependable, easygoing, trustworthy and proactive. I naturally notice what needs to be done and take care of it, whether that's helping with daily routines, preparing meals, or keeping things organized around the home.
