About Meredith

Hi there! I am an elementary school teacher in my 30's with 8 years experience teaching grades 3 through 6, and countless years of experience as a nanny and childcare provider. I am new to Chicago and would love to find a full or part-time position working with children as a nanny or a tutor until I head back into the classroom next fall (at which point I would need to limit my hours to evenings and weekends). Over the past 15 years, I have been lucky enough to work for some wonderful families as a full and part-time nanny caring for children ranging in age from 4 weeks to 12 years old. I am certified in infant and child CPR, and am comfortable with pets, driving, and light housework. I look forward to hearing from you if it sounds like I might be able to fit your needs!
